1. Terms and Conditions Mobile Downloads

Mobile downloads are provided by CandyspaceNMI Limited under licence from Benrik Limited. Your agreement is with CandyspaceNMI Limited, not with Benrik Limited. Please refer to their terms and conditions, available at www.candyspace.tv, and contact them directly with any queries.

2. Terms and Conditions of Sale in the Benrik Boutique

Benrik Limited regret they cannot currently accept cash or cheque payments. Once you place your order, you will receive two emails. The first, from Benrik Limited, will confirm the details of your selection. The second, from SECpay, Benrik's choice of secure online payment service, will confirm your order after your payment is successfully processed. No contract will subsist between you and Benrik Limited for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until your order is confirmed by e-mail from SECpay. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time SECpay send the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the UK. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Benrik Limited irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Customers may place orders with Benrik Limited directly from this website. Payment is accepted by credit and debit card, processed by secure payment service provider SECpay Limited. Benrik Limited do not access or hold your card details at any time.

European Union customers: Benrik Limited's returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000. In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' (from delivery of the goods) in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. Should you choose to cancel, please email us at sales@benrik.co.uk with your name, address, and order number, return the goods, and we will refund your payment directly to your card within 30 days.

Non-European Union customers and returns outside the 7 day 'cooling off period': Providing that we receive unwanted goods in unworn, unwashed and re-saleable condition within 14 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Please send any unwanted goods back to the following address.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also asked to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name, address, and order number. Orders will be refunded directly to your card, within 30 days of the return of goods. If you need to return an order because of an error on our behalf or because of a defect, we will refund your postage charge, and standard return postage costs. Otherwise you will be responsible for these charges and the cost of delivery.

When ordering goods from Benrik Limited for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Benrik Limited have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Benrik Limited reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order(s) resulting from an error or omission by us whether or not the order has been confirmed. This includes but is not limited to typographical errors.

Placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We may accept or decline your offer to purchase at our discretion. In the event that we decline, any money paid to us will be returned within 7 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Benrik Limited may from time to time modify or revise the Terms by updating this webpage.
